Canrez® CP75BK01 is a 75 Shore A black FFKM compound that serves as Canyon’s flagship material for high-performance O-rings and gaskets. It provides near-universal chemical resistance and excellent high-temperature stability while remaining competitively priced compared to other popular brands of FFKM materials. With a service temperature range of -15°C to 320°C (5°F to 610°F), CP75BK01 maintains elasticity, strength, and sealing integrity in extreme chemical and thermal environments. Its low compression set and thermal resilience make it ideal for both static and dynamic sealing applications.

 

CP75BK01 performs exceptionally well in semiconductor, oil and gas, and chemical processing industries where exposure to aggressive media such as MEK, DMF, acetone, esters, ethers, ketones, aldehydes, and xylene is common. It also resists degradation from sour gas (up to 65%), amines, and steam up to 300°C (580°F). This Canrez® formulation delivers long-lasting performance, broad chemical compatibility, and high-temperature reliability for demanding industrial and process environments. Compare to other popular brands of FFKM materials such as Kalrez® 6375, 4079, and 7075.
