CARBITOL Chemical compatibility with O-rings, rubbers, & plastics

Carbitol is a colorless liquid with a mild odor, represented by the chemical formula C6H14O2. It is used as a solvent in the production of paints, coatings, and adhesives. Carbitol is relatively non-toxic but can cause skin and respiratory irritation upon exposure. Proper handling and storage are essential to ensure safety.
