Gas liquor is a byproduct of the coal gasification process, containing a mixture of water, ammonia, and various organic compounds. It is used as a fertilizer and in the manufacture of certain chemicals. Gas liquor can cause skin and respiratory irritation upon exposure. Proper handling, storage, and the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) are essential to ensure safety.
