BORNYL CHLORIDE Chemical compatibility with O-rings, rubbers, & plastics

Bornyl chloride is a colorless to pale yellow liquid with a camphor-like odor, represented by the chemical formula C10H17Cl. It is used as an intermediate in the synthesis of perfumes, flavors, and other organic compounds. Bornyl chloride is relatively non-toxic but can cause skin and respiratory irritation upon exposure. Proper handling and storage are essential to ensure safety.
