COBALTOUS SULFATE Chemical compatibility with O-rings, rubbers, & plastics

Cobaltous sulfate is a red crystalline compound with the chemical formula CoSO4. It is used in the manufacture of certain chemicals, as a catalyst, and in electroplating. Cobaltous sulfate is relatively non-toxic but can cause skin and respiratory irritation upon exposure. Proper handling, storage, and the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) are essential to ensure safety.
