COPPER CHLORIDE Chemical compatibility with O-rings, rubbers, & plastics

Copper chloride is a yellow-brown crystalline compound with the chemical formula CuCl2. It is used in the manufacture of pigments, as a catalyst, and in electroplating. Copper chloride is relatively non-toxic but can cause skin and respiratory irritation upon exposure. Proper handling, storage, and the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) are essential to ensure safety.
