Copper fluoride is a white crystalline compound with the chemical formula CuF2. It is used in the manufacture of certain chemicals and as a catalyst. Copper fluoride is relatively non-toxic but can cause skin and respiratory irritation upon exposure. Proper handling, storage, and the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) are essential to ensure safety.
