DIPENTENE Chemical compatibility with O-rings, rubbers, & plastics

Dipentene, also known as limonene, is a colorless liquid with a citrus odor, represented by the chemical formula C10H16. It is used as a solvent, in the manufacture of certain chemicals, and as a flavoring agent. Dipentene is relatively non-toxic but can cause skin and respiratory irritation upon exposure. Proper handling, storage, and the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) are essential to ensure safety when working with this chemical.
